The room didnt have a view / proper window.

Great location, smart hotel.

Noisy air con, couldn’t turn it off. Breakfast choice good but quality of food questionable plus hot offering seemed overcooked.

Very central to everything you require, Lovely friendly helpful staff especially the lad with the pink hair! Room was fine , clean, comfortable, could only improve with maybe a little fridge in the room but that is my personal opinion/requirement If possible of mine! My room did have a window a full length window but overlooked a central kind of courtyard so no real view to speak of but that's to be expected as every room cant have wonderful city views etc. Didn't get my room cleaned while staying, as I was only there for two nights but did get a slip pushed under my room door, giving me a free drink in the hotel Restaurant/Bar for not getting my room cleaned. This was for saving the planet or so the slip stated which I think was a great touch and available to all guests! The hotel had a wonderful smell and in fact when checking out I asked the Receptionist what it was and she said is was the dispensers on the wall that released the fragrance but it was really lovely! Had a lovely Pizza and Chips with a pint on Saturday afternoon in the hotel restaurant/Bar for lunch which was great. W as informed they serve up to four in the morning which was great to know. I thought the times for breakfast were fantastic as breakfast was served between 8am and 11 am Monday until Friday But was 6.30am until 11.am on Sunday, not sure about Saturday as I didn't go down for breakfast on Saturday. Breakfast was fine standard generic cooked self serve breakfast and all the other usually stuff. In my opinion it was fine and did the job but am led to believe this would have cost nearly £12.00 If hadn't been included in the overall price of the room and am still undecided If it was good value for money but in general did what it said on the tin for me. I paid £277 for two nights Friday and Saturday this did include VAT so I think the actual price was around £235.

I was in general very pleased with my stay and nothing really worth mentioning If anything at all.

The location was excellent for the bus and train stations, shopping, bars and restaurants. Budget hotel but good facilities such as tea/coffee, basic toiletries, hairdryer and iron and board.

Slightly difficult to control heating, it was either too hot or too cold but it wasn’t a major problem. The shower didn’t drain very well and so the water was filling up the base of the shower.

The rooms were so comfortable. We especially appreciated the black out blinds/curtains. It was lovely to come in after a cold evening and be able to heat the room. Great location for where our gig was and brilliant discount for nearby parking.

Just own personal preference would be to have more milk and tea/coffee as 2 sachets wasn't enough for both of us but thats my personal preference

At least 4 times I tried to wash my hair and there was no hot water at all. I have never experienced this in any other accommodation.

Hotel is located in central Glasgow, close to major attractions. The room was very clean and modern and the staff were friendly. They allowed us to check in earlier without an extra charge.

Nothing to note here.

Customer service and facilities were great. Ideally placed near fantastic shopping , restaurants and tourist locations
